By receiving the link to this information prior to a Flow Couples Coaching & Counselling remote session you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to its terms.
Please note: this is not an emergency service, or for relationships in which there is abuse, unsafety or control. If these are present please contact these services to establish the right support for your situation (you can also do a quiz to help understand your situation better here). Please also cancel this appointment so you can receive your refund (you can do this online, or flick me an email or text and I can action that for you). In case of emergency, dial 111.
Confidentiality
All sessions, personal details and content are confidential, and written information is stored securely and only accessible by me. Details are only shared with appropriate parties if there is a serious risk to safety of yourself or someone else indicated, or in a rare instance where the justice system requests the files.
Payment
By making appointments with Flow Couples Coaching and Counselling you agree to pay either on the website, with cash at the session, or by online banking after the session. Please note: 1. Late invoices must be paid before another appointment is attended. 2. Overdue invoices will be charged interest at a rate of 10%/annum. 3. If payment is not made we will engage a debt collector at your expense.
Cancellations
If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice (or no-show) you agree to pay the full session fee. When you book we block off our time for you, so if we don’t receive sufficient notice then others don’t have the chance to access our services, and it makes it hard to run a small practice. Thank you for your understanding.
Responsibility
Talking therapies often include the sharing of information and guidance – while we will be as supportive and helpful as possible, any changes or decisions in the life of the client remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Health & Safety
Please be aware that Coaching and Counselling are not a substitute for diagnosis and treatment by a qualified doctor or other health care professional, and this is not an emergency service. If you have concerns about the safety of yourself, someone else, or safety within your relationship, please contact the appropriate services (see note above in red with links). If you are ever in immediate danger, contact emergency services on 111.
