Appointments are 1 hour long, and can be in person, via phone, or online via Zoom (see below for details).

Mary: individuals $109, couples $149
Tamsyn: couples $169 (Tamsyn specializes in couples only).
Do you find it hard to attend coaching or counselling because of childcare? We are happy for you to bring your little ones if needed, and have pencils and colour-in pages to help toddlers feel welcome 🙂 Or you can have phone or Zoom sessions so you can stay home with your kids but still get help on the things you want.
