For over 15 years I've had a passion for understanding human behavior, relationships and our capacity for change.
I have a BA(hons) in Communication studies, Diploma in Life Coaching, Cert. in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have been a facilitator for teens.

Is something missing in your life?

Before I discovered life coaching I knew something was missing in my life - but I couldn't put my finger on what it was.

I was working in a stressful job that wasn't really "me". My desire to keep everyone happy and excel in my job was leaving me overstretched and completely exhausted.


Disillusioned with a lack of closeness in my relationships, I'd given up on finding love. 

Life coaching lead me on a journey to personal empowerment, to living authentically as "me". I grew the skills to develop closer relationships.

I found my voice and the love I was looking for (we're married now). It helped me to discover my purpose in life too - helping other people on their journey to emotional freedom and a happier, more fulfilling life. 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

I came across Cognitive behavioral therapy later in life when I was looking for a way to help clients to break free of unhealthy thinking patterns without having to dig up the past.

CBT is a fantastic way of being able to do that, giving you new ways of responding to life's challenges while building resilience.

I'm very excited to be able to share these modalities with my clients. For me it's about sharing with my clients practical tools and skill to transform their daily lives.

I believe that real change happens from the inside out. I hope I have the opportunity to connect with you and help you make the changes you want in your life and relationships - and maybe even help you step into a life that reflects your personal values and fulfills your soul. 


How I work​

I help individuals and couples to make lasting changes in their lives through Counselling, Life Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.  

Clients often remark on how they enjoy sessions with my down to earth and personal approach.
