Clients often report feeling a lot better after sessions. Finding a warm and supportive space to talk with someone who is really listening can take a load off your mind and help you see things more clearly.
A bit about me
I grew up in rural Ireland in a challenging home environment that set me on a path for wanting to understand relationships, human behaviour and our capacity for change.
After working in a lot of different roles in communications, marketing and the public sector, I listened to my inner wisdom and took the plunge and started a business that aligns with my values - bringing positive change and supporting people.
I love getting to know people and hearing their unique life stories. Being a part of their journey - whether it's just one session or over a period of time is a priveledge.
I'd love to meet you on your journey - whether you're in a time of transition, needing support, tools an outside perspective or help with stress, anxiety or depression, or help with improving relationships - with yourself or others.
I have a Diploma in Life Coaching, Diploma in Counselling, I've studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute - the founders of CBT, I'm also a qualified EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique), have a BA(hons) in Communication studies, and have been a facilitator for teens. I've also volunteered for environmental and community organisations in New Zealand and abroad.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I came across Cognitive behavioral therapy when I was looking for a way to help clients to break free of unhealthy thinking patterns.
CBT is a fantastic way of being able to do that, giving you new ways of responding to life's challenges while building resilience.
I'm very excited to be able to share this and other modalities with my clients. For me it's about sharing with my clients practical tools and skills to transform their daily lives.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique is a very effective process for healing emotional distress.
