Clients often report feeling a lot better after sessions. Finding a warm and supportive space to talk with someone who cares and is really listening can take a load off your mind and help you see things more clearly.
I grew up in rural Ireland in a challenging home environment that set me on a path for wanting to understand relationships, human behaviour and our capacity for change.
After working in roles in communications, marketing, IT and the public sector, I listened to my inner wisdom and took the plunge and started a business that aligns with my values.
I feel privileged to support people through challenging times. Other aspects of my work I'm passionate about are helping people develop a healthy relationship with themselves and helping them overcome any challenges that are standing between them and the life they want.

I have a Diploma in Life Coaching, Diploma in Counselling, I've studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute (the founders of CBT). I'm also a qualified EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) and mindfulness practicioner. I have a BA(hons) in Communication studies, and have been a facilitator for teens. I've also volunteered for environmental and community organisations in New Zealand and abroad.
How I work
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I came across Cognitive behavioral therapy when I was looking for a way to help clients to break free of unhealthy thinking patterns.
CBT is a fantastic way of being able to do that, giving you new ways of responding to life's challenges while building resilience.
I'm very excited to be able to share this and other modalities with my clients. For me it's about sharing with my clients practical tools and skills to transform their daily lives.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique is a body based therapy and is a very effective tool for healing emotional distress.
